Conil de la Frontera market is held every Friday from 9:00 to 14:00, with up to 120 stalls, and it is one of the busiest on the Cádiz coast.

It changes site with the season: from 22 June to 31 August it sets up at the Manuel García Legupín fairground, swollen by the beach season; the rest of the year it goes back to the esplanade on Avenida de la Música, by the entrance to the town, where it works as a local shopping market.

Textiles take up most of the site, with clothing for all ages, workwear and beachwear at reasonable prices. The nuts, spices and sweets stalls set the tone, and there are also footwear, accessories, household goods, plants and packaged food. Meat, fish and dairy are not sold.

It is generally not held on local, regional or national public holidays. It is 15 km from Chiclana.
