Es Mercadal's Mercat d'Estiu is the municipality's big market: sixty stalls spread across much of the village on summer Thursdays, from 19:00 to 23:30. In 2026 it runs from 4 June to 24 September, according to the municipal decision.

The market does not stay in one square. It takes over Carrer Major, Carrer d'Enmig, Carrer del General Alberti, Plaça de la Constitució, Carrer Nou, Plaça del Pare Camps, Plaça del General Galbis and the Metge Camps and Mestre Garí avenues, so you walk the whole village. Best to leave the car on the outskirts.
