Cala d'Or night market is held on Sundays from 6 pm to 11 pm, from May to October, in Plaça de Toni Costa, the small pedestrian square in the centre named after Pep Costa "Picarol", the founder of Cala d'Or.
It is a craft market of around twenty stalls where everything on sale is handmade: ceramics, costume jewellery, textiles, leather and home decor. It is run by the town council of Santanyí and the list of artisans is closed.
During the fiestas of Santa Maria del Mar, in early and mid August, the market runs until midnight and adds a few weeknight editions. The Cala Egos night market, on Thursdays, is its big brother, with around seventy exhibitors.
