Fuengirola market is held every Tuesday from 9:00 to 14:00 at the fairground, and it is one of the largest on the Costa del Sol: around 470 stalls. Many locals call it the Los Boliches market, after the neighbourhood where the site is.

The stalls sell new goods: men's, women's and children's clothing, shoes, bags and accessories, costume jewellery, fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts, spices and olives, hardware, DIY and kitchen and household items.

It is held on Tuesdays all year, public holidays included, except Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Epiphany. It does not set up when the fairground is hosting a fair. Payment is usually cash, though some stalls take Bizum, and it is worth arriving early: the site has no shade and parking is hard in high season.

The same fairground hosts the Fuengirola flea market on Saturdays, which is a different market: second-hand goods and antiques, not new. On Sundays the city has a third one, Santa Amalia market, with 132 stalls.
