Eivissa Medieval is the fair that Ibiza town council stages every May in Dalt Vila, the walled town listed as a World Heritage Site. In 2026 it ran from 7 to 10 May and took over the Passeig de Vara de Rey, Dalt Vila and Carrer d'Antoni Palau and the streets around it.

What is sold

Medieval-themed crafts, island produce and food and drink in keeping with the historical character of the fair. The council's call for applications reserves up to sixty local stalls, two metres by two, and each trader builds their own period structure and decoration.

What the visit is like

It lasts four days and the 2026 edition brought together more than two hundred stalls and seventy shows through the streets of the walled town. It is not a weekly market: it happens once a year.
