Upcoming dates

Artà's weekly market is held on Tuesdays in the Plaça del Conqueridor and the surrounding streets. Two timetables coexist: the covered municipal market opens from 8 am, while the street stalls outside run from around 10 am to 1.30–2 pm. From May to October a craft area is added around the na Batlessa library.

The covered market concentrates fruit, vegetables and other food. Outside there are clothes, bags, costume jewellery, home decor, basketry, ceramics and prepared food. Recent municipal documentation notes that the street offering is increasingly tourist-oriented — not everything sold as handmade or local necessarily is.

During 2026, building work in the centre has temporarily moved some stalls to Cardenal Despuig and Ciutat streets; the Plaça del Conqueridor remains the main reference point. On Tuesdays there are traffic restrictions and heavy foot traffic in the area.
