Cala Rajada Market

Cala Rajada market is held on Saturday mornings, from 8 am to 2 pm, in Plaça dels Pins, the square of the tourist office, right in the centre. It runs all year round.

It is the town's general market: fruit and vegetables sold by the farmers themselves, cured meats, churros, clothes, bags, footwear, ceramics and leather. In summer it fills up early and parking next to the square is scarce: better to arrive first thing or walk from the harbour.

Capdepera spreads its markets across the week: Wednesdays in Capdepera, in Plaça de l'Orient; Thursdays in Canyamel during the summer season; and Saturdays in Cala Rajada. From May to October the evening craft market in Plaça del Castellet joins in, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
