Son Servera's weekly market is held on Fridays from 8.15 am to 3 pm in the town centre. It starts at the Plaça de Sant Joan and spreads along Pere Antoni Servera and Sant Antoni streets, the Plaça Nova, the Plaça del Mercat and the station area. It runs all year round, except on Good Friday and the two Fridays affected by the Sant Joan festivities.

Food has a strong presence: fruit, vegetables, pickles, nuts, bread, cheese and cured meats. The rest of the offering includes clothes, shoes, costume jewellery, leather goods, baskets, home decor and souvenirs — around two hundred stalls in all, though the number and layout can change.

The food stalls are busiest in the early hours. Parking spaces near the route fill up early and the set-up closes several streets in the centre, so it is usually easier to park on the edge of town and walk in. Some textile and accessory sellers take cash only.
