AgroMaó is the farmers' market of Maó. It is held on Sundays, all year round, from 9:00 to 14:00 in Carrer Nou and s'Arravaleta, two pedestrian streets in the centre. It is run by a small group of people who work the island's land and sell their own harvest with no middlemen.

What's on sale

Seasonal fruit, vegetables and greens grown on Menorca, along with other traditional products of the Menorcan countryside. Because it is direct selling, what is on the tables changes with the season.

Visiting the market

It is the only market in Maó held on a Sunday, and it takes over pedestrian streets right in the centre, a few minutes from the Plaça de s'Esplanada. The morning is short: by two it is packed away.
