The Cala Llonga hippy market is set up on Thursdays along the seafront promenade of the resort, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu. It is small and it runs in the evening: it opens from 19:00, May to October, with the beach alongside.

What is sold

Crafts and original work only: jewellery, hand-painted stones, ceramics, decoration, costume jewellery, Ibizan clothing and accessories. The council does not authorise resale, so the stalls are run by the makers themselves.

What the visit is like

There are children's activities and musical performances, which makes it one of the easiest markets on the island to visit with children. Being a flat, traffic-free promenade, the whole thing is walked in a short while.
