The San Bartolome farmers' and craft market is held on the first Sunday of each month, from 10am to 2pm, in the plaza Leon y Castillo. It is run by the town council's agriculture and crafts departments, and brings together growers and makers from across the island in the geographical centre of Lanzarote.

What is sold

Grains, cheeses, fruit, vegetables, dried fish, tollos and pejines, baking, soaps and creams, alongside craft pieces in wood, glass, traditional pottery and costume jewellery.
